• Led the end-to-end design and development of the Till module in the iSalon ERP platform, a mission-critical component powering millions of pounds (£) in annual client revenue. Built using C#, .NET, React, AWS, and SQL. • Development and enhancements in stocks, appointment, clients, settings, reports, and other modules in iSalon including anything from back-end to their client-end while ensure the best possible performance, quality, and reusability. • Led the development and enhancements of ClickMe, which is an appointment booking application specifically designed for iSalon clients, features including bookings, payments, courses and services or products, it serves thousands of clients daily. • Maintained and upgraded a wide range of backend APIs and internal systems to ensure business continuity and improved developer velocity. • Actively participated in Agile leadership tasks: sprint planning, backlog refinement, effort estimation, code reviews, and stakeholder demos while fostering team collaboration through daily stand-ups.

• Developed a high-throughput ETL pipeline called Universal Click-through, designed to migrate over 10 million historical transaction records (PO, SR, PP, M&A) from the CIQ universe to the MI domain. Leveraged technologies including C#, .NET Core, Kafka, AWS S3, Kibana, OData, SQL, Docker, and EKS. • Built a Generic CDC (Change Data Capture) ETL pipeline, known as Offerings Tranche, enabling both real-time streaming and bulk migration of massive financial datasets from the CIQ universe to downstream MI systems. • Optimized data latency by redesigning the financial transaction processing pipeline, reducing end-user data delivery time from 6 hours to under 2 minutes. • Successfully led the migration of on-premise legacy applications to AWS, upgrading them to .NET Core, containerizing services, and collaborating closely with DevOps teams to implement scalable CI/CD pipelines on AWS.

• Designed and implemented core modules for PracticeEHR (Electronic Health Record), including dashboards, billing, patient management, claims, medications, labs, scheduling, secure messaging, document management, and scanning. Helped drive thousands of dollars in monthly recurring revenue using technologies such as C# .NET, jQuery, JavaScript, Oracle, D3, Telerik Reports, Kendo Charts, and Angular. • Improved performance of the critical Visits module, reducing page load time from over 60 seconds to under 3 seconds, significantly enhancing the user experience and system responsiveness. • End-to-end developed multiple new applications, including: EDI Simplified Portal, EPM Dashboard, PEHR Reporting. Built using C#, .NET Core, React, Oracle, D3, Telerik, jQuery, and JavaScript. • Created backend microservices to support certification and client-facing products, including: Patient Data Export Service (for PEHR certification processes) and PEHR API used by external partners and client applications.

• Implemented multilingual support for the Store Management System (SMS), enabling the application to operate in 15 different languages, significantly expanding its global usability. • Improved performance and resolved memory leak issues in the Order Tracking module, resulting in a 70% performance boost and increased system stability. • Automated the software update mechanism, introducing an auto-update feature to ensure all SMS clients stayed current with the latest enhancements and fixes. • Developed and enhanced the iOS integration for the SMS application, allowing seamless syncing and control of orders from iPhone and iPad devices. Also implemented new features and improvements to the Order module.
