Served as Product Lead, leading a team of 3 business analysts, 3 QAs, 2 designers, and one fellow product manager. • Led the platform's transformation from a classifieds site into a transactional marketplace, specifying and building the core infrastructure, from identity verification to order and payment flows. • Led the shift from a single-purpose app to a Noon-style super-app, integrating classifieds, motors, e-commerce, and auctions, each tailored individually; introduced a trust-based delivery model letting verified sellers offer delivery via a third-party logistics partner. • Developed monetization strategies across the platform for both individual and business sellers, including paid feature upgrades and promotional tools. • Own and monitor a KPI dashboard, driving a redesign of core journeys that contributed to an estimated 35% increase in core engagement metrics. • Shipped AI-powered listing creation and an AI moderation pipeline, auto-publishing compliant listings and flagging others for review. • Built Mehan.ae end to end, a UAE gig platform, directing an offshore dev partner from specification through build and QA.

• Operated as the sole product and delivery lead for a Too-Good-To-Go-style food-waste app, serving as the only point of contact for an offshore development team and owning both product direction and day-to-day project execution; delivered the app from specification through public launch and a subsequent design revamp.

• Developed and secured C-level approval for a €4M budget for two flagship personalization programs. • Mapped the end-to-end process with architects, enhancing in-store app functionality and delivery. • Led a team of PMs/POs across four workstreams, implementing SAFe trains and PI Planning. • Identified and resolved a major technical blocker on ABC Dior, where a high volume of bugs had made the personalization feature nearly unusable, driving the fix that restored stable app performance. • Improved stock synchronization accuracy across online/in-store channels, reducing discrepancies that had previously disrupted order fulfillment.
