Fintech startup of 40 people, I began as senior designer and ended up being the principal designer of the company - I owned the design and shipping to beta of two core products - I designed a web app to create dashboards with data visualisation and queries with any dataset. Dashboards are shared on a public marketplace to drive growth and engagement - And a web app with AI agents able to build complex financial strategies, backtests and simulations. The agents were available on a public platform with community building around them

5000+ employee company, I was working with two squads of 6 to 10 - I revamped completely an existing quality control tool to improve its workflow speed and prepare bulk automation - I redesigned an analytical application used by brand partners with our new design system. The goal was to deliver UX wins while keeping the core backend logic similar, and also adding a premium feel to the application - Finally I was a team lead on the design system of the company, managing the updates of components with the developers and promoting the design system usage internally

Web3 startup building a community engagement tool, I was the sole designer on the team - I took over existing designs in order to launch our product - I worked on the dual-side marketplace (announcers and users) where the key was to have seamless integration of both - I worked especially on the gamification engine, with rankings, leaderboards, campaigns, games

Web3 startup building a crosschain wallet, I was working with a lead designer and a UI designer - I designed the web application for desktop and mobile, to complement their existing wallet extension - The key aspect was to be able to enable clear display and workflows for complex data: multiple wallets, multiple chains, multiple assets types (assets, NFTs, DeFi)

First experiences as a product designer with several clients such as Toroc (Bartering, mobile app creation), Roche (Healthcare, e-commerce website creation), Atom (Construction, internal tool), Nileswap (Web3, NFT marketplace)

Before working as a product designer, I was product owner consultant for ERP tools. I specialized in sales and supply chain areas. With a team of consultants, we set up ERP for large-size companies with complex workflows and multiple tool integrations - I was doing workshops with key stakeholders and processes analysis to define ERP specifications - I was working with the developers, and doing quality testing and user training until the full launch of the solution for the company
