At Marjory, I lead the tech & product strategy, aligning our Data Integration SaaS platform with business needs. I have successfully cut operational expenses by 50% through a rearchitecture program, automation and process optimization while ensuring GDPR compliance and cybersecurity best practices. Additionally, I managed cross-functional engineering teams, enhancing development efficiency and scalability.

I co-founded BeeForYou, a tech consulting firm that scaled to €1.3M in annual revenue within three years. I recruited, trained, and coached more than 20 developers in two years, while managing the delivery of dozens of projects for our customers. I also provided Fractional CTO services, defining tech and product strategy, structuring teams, and automating processes for high-growth startups.

As a freelance IT architect, I helped large corporations with data integration and cloud migration projects. I designed and deployed scalable architectures, improving system reliability and data processing capabilities.

I developed and launched a marketplace for booking hairdresser appointments, integrating Stripe Connect for seamless payments. Hands-on, I built the MVP and scalable infrastructure, ensuring a smooth user experience and efficient platform growth. I also coached afterwards a small tech team to help improve the product.
