Development and marketing of a time tracking application for consulting firms. This application is based on several components: - Pre-sales follow-up (to facilitate our customers' weekly meetings) - Project and work allocation tracking (actual and forecast) - Staffing monitoring - Recruitment monitoring As an entrepreneur, you're involved in everything. From the outside, a lot of prospecting, meetings with clients to get user feedback, monitoring marketing campaign indicators and customer support/training as needed. Internally, I'm also in charge of development assistance, monitoring sprints and the backlog, creating AB testing on the UX, version release acceptance and checking the English translation of the entire application. As a bonus, some content for social networks, creation of images, GIFs, videos and... a bit of accounting to complete the job.

Consultant in the management and the use of data (business uses, AI uses), my main advantage: being a bridge between the two worlds; business world and programming world. (Diverses missions pour diverses entités) Conception, réalisation et mise en opération de solutions décisionnelles pour les pôles Supply Chain, périmètres Source, Stock, Plan, Deliver, Return - Ateliers métiers avec propositions de trajectoires : animation d’ateliers (génération d’idées, unification, définition des règles de gestion, etc.) en fonction des besoins du projet sous-jacent - Elaboration du modèle de données et des scripts d’alimentation : traduction des besoins Métier en solution SI, en fonction des cas d’usage : re-créer le passé, garder un historique, gérer le paramétrage par l’utilisateur - Réalisation des applications QlikView & recette des applications en cycle agile : création du l’UI à partir d’un page blanche en prenant en compte de multiples éléments : identité de l’entreprise, nombre de KPI à afficher, flexibilité d’utilisation, appétence des utilisateurs à l’outil

Réalisation du reporting interne ( y compris pour le groupe) : mise en place des référentiels de données et des tableaux de bords - Définition des règles de gestion des référentiels (évènements, contrats, contacts, structure de l’entreprise, employés) - Structuration et mise en place d’une architecture avec un Data Lake en connexion directe ou via API à de multiples bases de données, et à partir duquel, grâce à l’ETL intégré de Qlik , ont été créés les différents reporting et tableaux de bords (Technologie: Qlik Sense, NodeJs, MongoDB) Création d’un système d’analyse d’évènements pour déclencher des alertes pour actions (prévention de résiliation, bénéficiaire en vacances, etc.) - Création d’un système d'intelligence artificielle qui prend en compte toutes les actions/relations entre le client final et la société. Grâce à la définition d’un seuil d’alerte, les conseillers de relation client prennent contact avec le client final pour engager les actions nécessaires en fonction des dossiers clients (Technologie: NodeJs, MongoDB) Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage sur le développement de certaines nouvelles fonctionnalités, conduite du changement et transfert de compétences sur les opérationnels Architecte processus : transformation d’un processus purement métier en réalité SI (échanges de flux, évènements déclencheurs, étapes, canaux, etc.) - Accompagnement des équipes marketing pour comprendre l’objectif final de l’évolution de l’offre souhaitée. - Une fois cette phase de compréhension complétée, formalisation des processus, flux de données et parties prenantes - Automatisation du processus : avec une phase préalable de structuration afin de rendre le nouveau processus paramétrable et gérer au mieux les interactions avec d’autres processus (massification et unification globales)

Cadrage, conception, réalisation et mise en opération d’applications QlikView pour les pôles marketing & contrôle de gestion - Ateliers métiers avec propositions de trajectoires (détail de l’activité, cf. plus haut) - Elaboration du modèle de données et des scripts d’alimentation (détail de l’activité, cf. plus haut) - Automatisation de la publication de rapports avec envoi par courriels : génération et publipostage de rapports à l’aide de Nprinting, exemple de rapport : rapport mensuel d’un centre commercial à destination de son directeur pour avoir une photo de son parc de locataire (impayés, évolution du CA, etc.) et un comparatif par rapport à un panel de centres commerciaux nationaux - Réalisation & recette des applications en cycle agile avec les utilisateurs clés (détail de l’activité, cf. plus haut) - Création d’une application d’audit de l’utilisation des applications Qlik existantes avec pour objectif d'avoir des données chiffrées de l’utilisation des applications et des onglets pour cibler les refontes

Even if the notion of ‘Business Unit’ is not very develop outside Paris in KPMG East we have enough Client in the banking arena to have a permanent banking team and I was a part of for six months. This internship allow me to develop even more my knowledge of the banking field. But the most important to be remember in this internship is the methodology, working in group, dealing with pressure, long hours, all this is not always a pleasure but is it rewarding. It was a great experience overall in a field with a lot of legal obligation.

Intern in the third retailer’s bank in French in the Corporate Banking entity at his headquarter as credit analyst. As many bank, B.E.C.M. is split with regionals agencies. Regionals agencies take small and medium one, all other are pull up at headquarter. My task was mainly dealing with the extension of the bank commitment for credit line, bank overdraft, this extension were between 500 K€ and 2 Million Euros depending of the account. During my internship I got a opportunity to work with the flux department (as Cash Pooling), I did this on my free time with extra-hours for the creation of a new bank’s product. Multi-agencies and multidisciplinary work I had to deal with people of other department. I gathered information for be have the more accurate vision of what we could do. I finish my internship 10 days before the D-day of the presentation to the board of directors for approval, a bit disappointed to don’t be there for the final run but had to return to studies in Paris. As wished, we got the approval and the launch will occur this year or early next year. This internship permit me to lean a lot of banking relation, bank’s products, relationship between headquarter and agencies plus the knowledge of the new European regulation call SEPA. But most important I learned the bank view a given firm.
