In charge of the management of IT operations and local operational security for France and Belgium. Leading several projects including a team of project managers, as well as the Operations team in an hybrid environment. In direct partnership with the group, I am also in charge of the delivery of group services, deployed in France and Belgium. Realizations : RFPs, IT projects, Partner management, Operationnal budget management, HelpDesk management, Expertise and Architecture.

I took the opportunity to take a time for me, with the beginning of an Executive MBA, and closer to my family, by taking more time with them.

Member on Cloud Transformation Market Unit, I was in charge of classic & cloud Infrastructure Outsourcing Managed services (O365, Azure etc.). As a Manager i had participate to : -Answer to client requests (RFP/RFI) on the same scope -Working to mount a new offer dedicated to Cloud Infrastructure Outsourced Managed Services. -Manage a contrat of service externalization about O365 Services(messaging). Including budget management, delivery management with Project commitee and coordination between Avanade operationnal teams in India, and clients IT services split over the world.

-Delivery manager for a client (short mission of 3 Months). Management of operations and the contrat including the reports and project commitees(KPI, SLA...) Management of 5 collaborators with multiple skills including messaging(exchange), application deployment (SCCM), backup system, print system and others internal applications. -Project manager for an international client (short mission of 1 month). In charge to qualify the impact of changes made between Identity managment tool and the new SI HR system.

In mission for a client in the digital advertising Integrated of a team of 3 persons, i was in charge of : Management of the Updates system Creation and update of technical documentation System Administration : AD 2003, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS… Reporting, support & Astreints L2 Management of the backup system Management of mobility system (Blackberry Servers / mobiles) Management of antivirus system : Symantec End Point Protection

In part time, i was in charge of the administration of the systems & network of the entire infrastructure of a client with the engineer in chief : -Update Systems(wsus) Management -Update & creation of technical documents & procedures -Implantation of deployment systems (SCE) -Migration of messaging system (Lotus Note Domino to Exchange 2007) -Migration of de supervision (NAGIOS 2.9 to 3.0) -Migration of Web, databases & application servers -Revue of the backup & update politics -Administration of SharePoint 2007, Exchange 2007, IIS 6, AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS.
