Elevated to lead the agency's design practice: standards, methods, tools and the quality of design delivery across accounts, extending the scoping and design-leadership work above with more ownership of how the team works.

Led the framing of the agency's digital projects, from discovery to UI direction, and owned recommendations for active clients and competitive pitches. - Scoped Renault's hello reno app after launch: framed the in-app integration of its LLM assistant (tone, safeguards, multimodal content push, AR, a per-vehicle calendar), balancing a new feature against the app's existing content. App at 400k+ downloads. - Framed MG Motor's first client portal end-to-end (journeys, blueprint, information architecture, full wireframes, design system) and directed the UI team applying the brand's new identity, sequencing MVP to V2 while designing for zero error states. - Ran full functional framing for Volkswagen Group France's Genwin B2B platform (user and business interviews, workshops, blueprints, complete wireframes, video tutorials), turning the exception-heavy flows between garages and dealers into an interface usable on first contact. - Scoped Carrefour's internal training platform, e-commerce redesigns (Lapeyre Pros, Apurna) and brand websites redesigns (Office for Climate Education, Forbidden Stories, Harmonie Mutuelle). - Built design systems from scratch (Genwin, MG, Apurna...) and managed a portfolio of UI freelancers plus a junior designer.

Owned one of the agency's top-three accounts end to end: strategy, consulting and business development, plus coordination of the four Altavia Group entities involved, to hold one coherent approach across them. Ran stakeholder workshops and led additional digital accounts, deepening my product and Figma practice along the way.

Managed digital projects across creative, client and tech teams. Supported Le Panier Bleu, a directory of open local businesses launched during lockdown, including Algolia search configuration (synonyms, error and trend review). Learned and shipped websites on Webflow (naturSource, Desjardins).

Office coordination for a Montreal digital agency, plus process improvement and support to the accounts and tech teams. Built, produced and ran the agency's first two podcasts end to end. Shifted toward digital project work as COVID reduced the office-management need.

Co-designed and set up the governance process for the organization's three thematic Streams (Data, Content, Domains): Coordinating and Working Groups, preparation and co-facilitation of the policy work, a formal feedback process, and the working documents feeding the 3rd Global Conference in Berlin, whose format I co-designed. - In Berlin, spoke in plenary and co-facilitated the Streams (secretaries of state, General Counsels from Google, Facebook, Verisign, PIR, NGO directors), then co-drafted the resulting Operational Approaches documents, a recognized landmark in the field. - Managed a development team to create a platform for connecting and managing the network's participants: running Working Groups, secure document exchange, progress tracking, and opening to wider groups. - Continued to run the Retrospect Database and wrote articles for the organization's blog.

Full-time: continued on the Retrospect Database and co-organized the 2nd Global Conference of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network in Ottawa, a 200-stakeholder international event (governments, platforms, technical operators, academia, civil society): invitations, speaker booking, logistics. In parallel, ran all of I&J's communications, creating social and document templates (Sketch) and a visual charter for images, video and documents. Co-authored, with the organization's co-founder, an article on the conference and on internet governance published by the Council on Foreign Relations (Net Politics, 2018).

Alongside my studies: monitoring of the organization's topics and case-writing for the I&J Retrospect Database, a public, filterable database of internet-jurisdiction cases worldwide (source cross-checking, case drafting, importance ranking, tagging).
