Setting-up of the unit : 1 person managed, 3,5 M € budget ,118 sites managed, 3 global suppliers, 600 local suppliers : • Portfolio analysis (Kraljic method) and financial perimeter analysis, organization in coherent technical purchasing groups, strategic reflection on the organization (make or buy),setting-up of daily management tools and procedures. • Up to 15% savings made on global suppliers. • Management of key suppliers, leading of the maintenance activities and operational emergencies, multi-technical bids, search for operational solutions. • Refreshing of the general supply conditions of the French Business Unit.

• Deployment of Reverse Factoring / Confirming Solutions: (perimeter: 120 millions €). Business flows analysis, negotiations with banks, selection of suppliers eligible for the program, SWOT analysis, contractual harmonization, creation of an operational application model. • Setting-up of the Corporate Purchasing Dashboard: selection and follow-up of 30 global KPI’s • Upgrading of the Monthly Corporate Report (39 countries managed): management of the reporting, updating of the official reporting procedure, creation of follow-up tools. • Offshore Sourcing: evaluation of the potential Ukrainian supplier market (Scope 45 millions €), analysis of optical components supplier market in Korea.
