– Steering the implementation of an Informatica MDM project (Products, Clients, Suppliers...) to consolidate multiple repositories at the group level (Europe, Middle East, AMER...). – Leading the implementation of a new Cloud Data Warehouse project. – Managing significant dashboard projects for the group (Carrefour, L'Oréal, BP, Shell...). – Building and managing data teams (BI, MDM, DWH, AI). – Allocating and monitoring tasks (projects and support). – Daily team oversight. – Reporting to the CEO. – Consulting with vendors and negotiating (purchasing licenses, maintenance, services...). – Selecting tools (DWH, MDM, ETL, Dashboarding, and Artificial Intelligence). – Ensuring the proper functioning and availability of dashboards and repositories. – Designing and technically validating projects to ensure the quality of our deliverables. – Developing the roadmap. – Technological watch.
