- In charge of following the F&V, tide logistics projects: Set up a reordering model for the two categories, Model improvement, set up a dashboard to follow the main availability Kpis per subsubcategory in hubs, data recommendation. - Monitoring the availability rate for the F&V category (more than 100 subsubcategories), working closely with the category managers to improve the customers satisfaction. - Management of the relationship with our logistics provider: Operations improvement within the central warehouse (+3000 references stocked), flow management, inventory management, participation in the SAP migration project, evaluation and daily order placement between the central warehouse and the hubs in France, improvement of the order placement model, Supervision with the picker manager. - Cajoo's carbon footprint: Assessing the CO2 impact of our 2021 logistics flows (Evaluation of the average weight transported in 2021, Evaluation of the average distance travelled by our service providers, Follow-up the number of deliveries in hubs per week) - Follow-up the indirect supply hub needs: Set up a model to evaluate indirect supply needs, Placement of daily orders with the logistics provider,monitoring of hub receptions, management of shortages.

As a junior project manager I am in charge of : - Carrying out strategic analysis before launching innovative projects (market analysis, definition of potential targets, reflection on the tools and resources to implement.) - Managing the opening of new cities in France (Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes) - Launch of new Delivery products (project management, search for new partnerships, run tests) - Work with the tech team on improving the customer experience, and integration of new projects.

The Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers. In charge of monitoring two brands : Roger&Gallet and Skinceuticals. My main missions were : - Analysis of the main financial indicators (consolidated sales, product margin, operating profit ...) - Participation in the monitoring and control of advertising and promotional expenses for the brands. - Writing of the figures sheets for the sales points with the sales and logistics teams. - Establishment of closing works and trend reports for the different commercial cycles of the two brands. - Elaboration of the monthly performance analysis book.

Integrated the Silk and Textile division of Hermès Sellier, reporting directly to the division's finance controller and assisting him in the main assignments below : - Support to the team and improvement of the Management Control procedures (verification, synthesis and registration in the ERP of royalty contracts, cleaning of the cut-off and suspense account, various support missions, etc.). - Control the accounting and analytical allocations of invoices to ensure a reliable reading of the main financial aggregates - Participation in the implementation of monthly reporting to the Management Committee with the main performance indicators (revenues, inventory, performance analysis etc.)
