Pour une mutuelle lyonnaise Alptis, je travaille en lien étroit avec le métier dans le service des Flux Financier qui vérifie la cohérence des flux (émission/encaissement/décaissement) et j'effectue des contrôles mensuels avant de transférer toutes les données à la comptabilité d'Alptis. J'ai aussi une double casquette où je résous des tickets d'assistance sur le logiciel de gestion sous Oracle Forms des contrats des clients d'Alptis. Actions de la mission : Contrôle des logs journalières des différents traitements Batch qui tournent la nuit. (Logs + réception et envoi de fichiers aux banques ou aux services contentieux) Résolution des incohérences dans les logs + la réception et envoi de fichiers. Lancement des traitements mensuels et d'homogénéisation pour transférer les données à la comptabilité Développement PL / SQL + Shell pour améliorer certains traitements des Flux Financier. Résolution de tickets d'assistance sur le logiciel de gestion des contrats. => Requêtage SQL + Débogage en PL / SQL + Utilisation d'Oracle Forms Résultats : Une énorme montée en compétences en SQL et surtout en PL/SQL. INNOV8 est un grossiste en téléphonies, accessoires et objets connectés qui travaille avec différentes marques, principalement asiatiques, comme HUAWEI/XIAOMI/SAMSUNG/DJI ... Dans le service BI où nous sommes 2, nous nous occupons de prendre les données d'une copie de l'ERP, de les traiter dans Microsoft SQL Manager Studio pour qu'elles soient utilisables afin de créer des rapports automatiques par courriels ou par Power BI. (Datavisualisation) Nous nous occupons aussi du SAV et des tickets utilisateurs concernant nos rapports et les futurs besoins. Pour extraire les données de l'ERP et les transformer nous utilisons comme ETL des packages SSIS avec comme interface Microsoft Visual Studio. Le requêtage SQL est une étape importante pour sélectionner les données dans les bases de données SQL Server de Microsoft. Ensuite, via les packages SSIS, nous envoyons des courriels automatiques sur différentes périodicités avec des fichiers Excel pour résumer le CA, les Ventes ... Et je travaille personnellement sur un projet de mise en place d'un tableau de bord du commerce sur Power BI. À titre personnel, j'utilise aussi mes compétences de chef de projet dans le service pour prioriser la charge de travail et la planifier.

I had to handle the Quality Management System in a Titanium Foundry for aerospace industry and military industry: Checking new update of norms, reviewing quality documentations, subcontractors quality validation ... Plus i was a main actor in the factory for non-compliance products. I tried to find root causes to solve quality problems.

As a consultant I did 3 different missions: The first one for Mecaplast (Automotive supplier) then Stelia Aerospace (Part of Airbus) and finally Vallourec (Oil and gas company that design premium connections) January 2018 - December 2018 Project Manager in Qualification Department of Vallourec at Aulnoye-Aymeries France Description of the job: From client requirements my main role was to qualify Vallourec connections according to a norm. (API 5C5 or ISO). I managed that project from assessing client specifications, through ordering materials (Coupling Stock and pipes), following machining, witnessing Make-up and Break out tests of connections, defining loading schedules for seal ability tests and writing Qualification Report. Overall project management tools like "Contract reviews" and "Milestones" are used. An important part of the job is to communicate with and guide a "Third Party Investigator" hired by clients to witness tests at Vallourec. I need to prove him with different certificates that all quality standards and specific client requirements are followed according to our "Contract review" May 2017- December 2017 Method Engineer for Stelia Aerospace at Meaulte, France Description of the job: With a team of 5 engineers from method department of Stelia. We defined a new way to sort out all method and quality documents. We rebooted the all documentations of Stelia. I, personally, took part in mainly all documentations concerning "Wire" in an airplane. From stripping a wire, through crimping a connector to it until passing the cable in the airplane. Stelia documentation had to respect requirements of clients such as Airbus and Bombardier. July 2016 - February 2017 Quality Control for Mecaplast in Lens, France Description of the job: My function was to control dimensions of plastic injection molding part. We used mainly a three-dimensional measurement machine to control parts. I was taught to program it and to perform quality tests

Description of the job: In the energy market, my main mission was to solve a quality problem. For making some batteries, the company had to weld some pods. The welding was not satisfactory. I identified that the welding machined could be set up bitterly. I identified my key parameters and did lot of tests with a Taguchi Method to find the best settings. The Result was outstanding. Before pods broke when we pulled with a mass force of 5 Kg. With that settings we were able to break at 20 Kg. To set up the welding machine only 1 Hour is required. I wrote standard documentations about my method of finding best settings. I was sent in Tunisia where the main factory is, to teach operator and technicians how to use my method.

Description of the job: My mission was to reduce vibration in composite material using flax fibers. I identified according to different research documents what was my key parameters: Position of flax fibers (outside / in the middle), Coated with nanocarbon tube (Yes / No), Angle of flax fiber layers (0° / 45°) and Number of flax fiber layers. I manage my test by myself to run it: ordering material, sensors and making this composite. I used a Taguchi method from 6 Sigma method to reduce number of my tests thus to save money and time. "Le Froid" is part of the food industry. They have 2 main activities: brewery and soda production. They deliver their products to french islands around New Caledonia. Description of the job: In the quality department I helped them to deal with quality data after internal auditing. The main problem they faced was: too much data plus some people were not following and updating their corrective actions. We analysed on the field reasons for them to not use the Excel Sheet with all corrective actions: In the end they said it was not practical and impossible to be more than 2 at the same time on one Excel sheet. Thus it was timeless to them to tell their advancement is doing their corrective action. I implemented an internal quality site with all that data thanks to "Sharepoint" to help everybody to visualize more clearly these pieces of information. Sharepoint permits for more than one person at a time to update their advancement. As "Sharepoint" is very effective and collaborative site, it was decided to have that site as the main quality site. After my departure the quality department was in charge of putting all other quality data into it. Ps: New Caledonia is a french island in the Est of Australia
