Led the migration of 6WIND’s technology to Linux and the development of associated testing tools by the outsourcing team in Vietnam. The process implemented is still used to manage 6WIND’s offshore teams today. - Head of the development team based in Vietnam (12 people) - Technical follow-up and reporting for Linux developments and testing tools - Design and implementation of the process and tools for outsourcing management

Led the development of 6WIND’s automated test suite and 6WIND’s first packaged product. 6WIND’s automated test suite is still used today to validate the 6WINDGate technology. - Design and development lead of the FlexSuite solution (6 people / 3 months) - Design and implementation of 6WIND’s automated test suite (2 people / 2 years)
