Introduction
During my 25 years in HUman Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and as a freelancer, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple HRIS systems such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday,.. and lead some big projets in Europe for companies such as Vallourec, Decathlon, Nesle, Roquette, Airbus, Thyssenkrupp .... I am now working as a contractor to help as a project/program manager to lead your HRIS operations or as a consultant role for implementing/optimizing your HRIS stategy. There is no ideal solution but it is important to : - well understand the context - challenge needs & expectations vs risks & return on investment - clarify stakes and opportunities In the current transformation leveraged by AI, I'm very insterested in BOT, AI agents & RPA technologies and I'm looking for bringing always more efficiency for HR functions.
