Current client: BNP Paribas (banking & insurance) Position: Power BI Product Owner Lead PO for Microsoft Power BI service offer across BNP Paribas group: - Manage and organise sprints and roadmap in an Agile environment - Define the financial strategy and communication plans - Promote the usage of Power Bi through tailored training sessions and workshops

- Responsible for the development and production of data for partner banks which provide insights and drives strategic decisions - Responsible for producing and presenting internal management information which identifies and drives opportunities and mitigates risk - Support the Relationship Directors and banking partners with liability strategy and introducing new distribution channels - Responsible for supporting Relationship Directors with business development/growth activity by providing management information on a regular basis - Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships across Technology, Product, Operations, Sales & Marketing - Responsible for acting as data and banking subject matter experts with any adhoc projects as and when required

- Follow-up of the results on daily/weekly/monthly basis of all performance KPIs of the hotels - Issue monthly reports to all stakeholders at head-office and operational levels - Provide relevant analysis and alerts to the operational team about the performance of hotels based on an in-depth understanding of the hotels' P&L - In collaboration with the operational team, create and implement action plans to increase profitability of the hotels - Coordinate and challenge the monthly forecast and annual budget processes - Adapt and coordinate the company’s projects at country level - Ad-hoc analysis

· Providing day-to-day analytical support to the business to achieve corporate goals and objectives · Preparing, analysing and reviewing other periodic analytical reports, covering financial and operational areas such as work winning, utilisation, and project margins · Consolidation and review of the monthly group management accounts · Attending monthly budget meetings with corporate heads · Supporting the divisions and corporate teams during the preparation of the annual budgets · Continuous improvement in relation to reporting tools within Finance and out to the business

My responsibilities include: - Prepare Ad-hoc Profit & Loss reporting & analyses and optimising Excel reports for the team - Set up and supervise the monthly hotel GOI forecast process - Take part in the annual budget process for the hotels in scope - Take part in the Accor UK and Ireland monthly reporting: extraction of data from the systems, update of databases, completion of internal and external monthly financial reports - Assist the Business Analyst team in the implementation of new reports requested by HotelServices
