TPH is an Artificial Intelligence which helps you find the accommodation of your dreams to buy or rent. Our target are real estate professionals, investors and individuals. TPH is securised by a private blockchain which is also used for investments in real estate.

Statistics and Project Management: Analysis of the Stressed Var scenarios: -Study the sensitivities of the bank over all perimeters: interaction with Senior analysts in order to select risk factor of the stressed Var -Calculating shocks over risk factors -Data mining: PCA, Clustering, Discriminante Analysis, Econometrics tests -Implementing codes( using R/VBA) in ordrer to analyse scenarios of Stressed Var -Description of the clusters This project enables the reduction of calculating days of the Stressed Var

- In charge of the weekly top down meeting ( creating statistics tools in Excel/VBA): sector and macroeconomics research - Implementing investment strategies with senior portfolio managers for our customers: family office, entrepreneurs, bank -Fundraising more 500 Meuros with The management -systematic quant research in trading - implementing reporting and explaining P&L using econometrics tools and statistics tests -contributing to risk management of portfolios -provided in depth technical knowledge support to sales and marketing colleagues by improving fund prospectus

-backtesting the strategies of our customers: hedge fund, asset manager, traders, pension fund, -corrélation,stress-test : analysing the risk of the customer -funds clustering -implementating Statistics and econometrics tools using SAS The main target of this mission is to implement the backtesting tool of a risk and strategy indicator This project required skills in statistics and interaction with Senior Analysts

-Updating and extending data bases of customers: business prospection - reports for customers - Participated to client product - modelling insurance contracts specially for "not smoking" customers.
