Operationally the intellectual and technical services buyer ensures, in compliance with the Framatome Purchasing policy and processes: The processing of purchases of technical assistance services concerning the Contract Management and Project Management disciplines specific to the FA3 Project. My missions: -Preparing tenders while ensuring to respect the sourcing policy -Negotiation with suppliers located in France -Covering the suppliers with contracts and frame agreements -Planning meetings with suppliers and stakeholders -Analyzing the data: costs, volumes…. In order to help in defining the proper strategy -Collecting list of external consultants profiles with associated rates -Reducing and updating the supplier database (reallocate the supplier to the right commodity, prices…) -Putting in place frame agreements with suppliers -Improving KPI's performances -Working effectively with the different corporate functions -Ensuring that suppliers respect HSE rules

The general objectives of this experience concerns the understanding of the structure and roles of the “Sourcing” function within a multinational context, the understanding of the processes and procedures of supply, supplier management, the acquisition of skills related to the use of the main corporate information systems, relational skills, organizational and problem-solving skills. My missions: -Suppliers in automation scouting -Preparing tenders while ensuring to respect the sourcing policy -Co-employment risk analysis -Negotiation with suppliers located in Italy, France, India, Canada, Mexico and China -Covering the suppliers with contracts and frame agreements -Creating suppliers accounts on Synertrade -Planning meetings with suppliers and stakeholders -Analyzing the data: costs, volumes…. In order to help in defining the proper strategy -Collecting list of external consultants profiles with associated rates -Participating in sustainable sourcing : promote the use of SEDEX -Reducing and updating the supplier database (reallocate the supplier to the right commodity, prices…) -Putting in place frame agreements with suppliers -Improving KPI's performances -Working effectively with the different corporate functions -Ensuring that suppliers respect HSE rules

An internship to obtain the bachelor degree. The tasks are various (receiving and processing mail, accounting assistant, recording supplier expenses, customer reminders, translation into Arabic).
