– Prospecting, preparation and validation panels' suppliers. – Launch of tenders, RFQ Management (Sourcing). – Negotiation and preparation of contracts / orders projects – Monitoring of supplier performance

– Launch of Plan cost / resources / delay of Engineering Projects: – Monitoring and Reporting activities and actual expenses – Lead the engineering improvement process – Monitoring and coordination of the Annual Budget Investment Engineering

– Define the means and methods to implement and plan the operations of product realization. – Monitor the implementation of assembly line and define the flow assemblies. – Study and implementation of balancing production lines for improving efficiency and productivity.
