- Define and develop the Group's information systems security policy (PSSI), and coordinate its implementation with security correspondents. - Monitor and audit the application of IT security policies and measures at Group level. - Ensure security reporting, IT security monitoring and management of the corresponding documentary repository. - Organize and coordinate the network of Group security correspondents, and support them in drawing up and implementing action plans for their respective areas. - Liaise internally with risk management and internal audit on IT security issues. - Contribute to the implementation of security in IT projects. - Raise awareness of IT security among all information system users and ensure compliance with current best practices. - Implementation of security in AXA Group projects (ISO 27001, IT security, PCI-DSS). - Raise awareness of information security among employees in the three countries in charge (Morocco, Algeria and Turkey).

Handle all technical aspects of a sales cycle by determining technical requirements of our Partner/Customers and making product trials and evaluations successful. Some Actual Tasks : • Review sales opportunities passed from the sales teams, understanding the size, value and technical • complexity, establish and agree the appropriate level of sales engineering resource to be assigned • Plan and prepare presentations to deliver technical elements of sales • Conduct technical demonstrations when required by the partner/customer, using demonstration software and tools. • Conduct product trainings/webinars for Channel engineers • Map regional technical feature request with product team • Write technical RFPs for customers to win the tender projects • Build robust and productive relationship with technical staff at key partners • Present at various events as a key note speaker

Essential Functions: Provide pre-sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers and partners: Including installations, troubleshooting and training of Websense products. Refine and research technical requirements of the opportunity • Define solution options and articulate the benefits of Websense products • Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues • Assist in closing business in regional territories through field visits to major account prospects • Perform product demonstrations and presentations at customer and partner sites, company road show’s and events • Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management and Engineering • Work closely with customers in the design and implementation/integration of Websense products • Promote new and innovative approaches to addressing business challenges and problems • Maintain a broad-level of knowledge of industry trends and how Websense products add value • Work to understand the customer’s business drivers and how to map these to a customer network platform, including identification of improvement areas in network design • Set and manage expectations with senior stake-holders and team members • Travel throughout the region • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
