Dans le cadre de sa stratégie de modernisation digitale, La Redoute, acteur historique du e-commerce et de la distribution, a lancé une vaste transformation data visant à moderniser sa data platform. Ma mission en tant que Product Owner Data s’inscrivait au cœur de ce programme stratégique, avec pour objectif de garantir la migration des processus legacy opérationnels et business vers cette nouvelle plateforme. - Pilotage de la migration de 130 processus opérationnels et business legacy (supply chain, finance, marketing, e-commerce) vers la nouvelle data platform sur pyspark databricks. - Réalisation du mapping des processus existants afin d’identifier les dépendances, rationaliser les flux et préparer leur migration. - Analyse des systèmes existants et définition des parcours de migration pour garantir la continuité des activités et la fiabilité des données. - Priorisation du backlog produit en tenant compte des contraintes techniques et des enjeux métiers. - Coordination des équipes data engineers, architectes et métiers pour assurer une transition fluide et sécurisée. - Mise en place de pipelines de données robustes et automatisés, favorisant l’industrialisation des traitements. - Contribution à la gouvernance data (qualité, conformité RGPD, sécurité) et à l’adoption des nouveaux outils analytiques. - Animation des cérémonies et suivi des indicateurs de progression de la migration.
