• Revamp P&L and Cash Flow statements to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with SaaS drivers. • Analyze variances between actuals and budget to provide actionable insights to Founders and VPs. • Write monthly financial notes for the Board and stakeholders to drive data-based decisions. • Build predictive cash flow models to optimize liquidity and treasury management. • Conduct ad hoc analyses on bad debt, cash-in, and provisions (e.g., paid holidays).

• Lead the Pre-Seed funding round (target: €2-3M); • Build financial models covering multiple revenue streams, including setup fees, subscriptions, usage-based pricing, and rev share; • Secure and structure non-dilutive financing (e.g., bank loans, grants).

• Elaborate a detailed business plan (successfully secure fundraising); • Improve profitability (achieve breakeven); • Manage SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, GMV, …); • Build a new budget model (P&L, cash flow); • Prepare and analyse monthly board reporting; • Design and implement a new pricing model; • Implement a new analytic system; • Write ad hoc SQL queries (churn, upsell, …) • Conduct financial modeling and cost assessment for a restructuring plan.

Manage the FP&A Analyst • Act as OCTO’s point of contact for all FP&A subject matters during the integration phase; • Prepare budgets & financial forecasts (P&L); • Manage and ensure the reliability of the closing turnover; • Prepare monthly financial reprting; • Analyze, interpret and report financial variances; • Calculate and analyze key indicators of Consulting companies (ADR; Chargeables…); • Propose various analysis to the decision makers; • Create decision-making and management tools; • Participate in the implementation and the continuous improvement of an internal ERP; • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
