Product Strategy & Execution: Aer analyzing user behavior, I identified key insights that helped build a strong business case for an internal recommendation system, aligning with overall business goals. Following a presentation to the C-level team, we secured funding to develop and launch an MVP to validate our hypotheses. Led the development, industrialization and integration of data-driven solutions at Orange and BNP Paribas to address specific business and user challenges. As part of a restructuring program of several IT systems on behalf of RSI (Régime Social des Independants), in charge of assisting the program manager on several subjects related to “Acceptance, qualification and environment”. Realization : - Involvement in strategic management committees. Definition of technical requirements - Organizing and conducting meetings and workshops - Modeling and optimization of process life cycle project - Synchronization between development teams (3: Software components) and Test teams (Technical qualification /Functional tests/ Users tests) - Development technologies: JEE/ORACLE/Hibernate and PowerAMC for UML design Achievement : - The overall functioning (interactions) between the various software components of the program ensured.

As part of a restructuring program of several IT systems on behalf of RSI (Régime Social des Independants), in charge of: assisting the management, proposing a populating and migration solution, modeling of the target solution.
