Developing a new non-polar resistive-RAM for advanced storage application

Mass production of graphene is essential for its achievable and wide applications. The liquid-phase exfoliation of graphite into graphene is one of the most promising ways to achieve large-scale production. In this account, we synthesized the graphenide solution using the liquid phase exfoliation of graphite route with two different techniques: The magnetic stirring and sonication method. The graphenide solutions were characterized by UV–vis spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

Entrepreneurship project in : Smart cable for suspension and cable-stayed bridges

In this work i was the reasonable of the preparation of electrospun random and oriented Nano-composite mats of poly-L-lacticacid (PLLA). The mats were coated with Polypyrrole (PPy) and Polyaniline (PANI) by oxidative in-situ polymerization method. In order to test the mats as adsorbents for water pollutants (cationic dye Methylene Blue, anionic dye Orang methyl dyes and the chromate metallic ion).
