I have actively contributed to the implementation of ICT strategies, providing end-to-end support to strengthen IT operations and service delivery. My responsibilities have included managing ICT equipment inventory from procurement and warranty tracking to audit reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability. I coordinated regular maintenance, handled minor repairs, and collaborated with external vendors for advanced technical support. In addition, I conducted telecom charge analysis and supported network setup and LAN access for project units. I delivered user support across Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Meet), enhancing collaboration and productivity. I facilitated online meetings, interviews, and management presentations, playing a key role in virtual conference support. I’ve also resolved network issues, configured domain-connected PCs, and provided frontline ICT Helpdesk support. My hands-on experience includes maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, UPS systems, and scanners, ensuring seamless tech operations across the organization.

In my role, I manage daily operations of hardware and application systems, ensuring seamless IT support for both local and remote staff. I oversee the local configuration and deployment of server and communications infrastructure, and I’m responsible for configuring and deploying desktop hardware, software, and applications to meet user needs. As a network administrator, I work extensively with Microsoft servers running Windows Server, managing a range of network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances. I also handle the configuration and support of DNS, email, web, and FTP services, ensuring stability and security across platforms. I manage line leasing through DHCP servers and oversee federation and certificate services to maintain a secure, scalable environment. Additionally, I enable efficient multitasking by managing VOIP phone systems, network printers, and video conferencing tools to support modern collaboration and communication needs across the organization.

I am responsible for the ongoing upkeep and optimization of both hardware and application systems to ensure uninterrupted IT operations. My work includes the development and deployment of robust data communication systems to support organizational connectivity needs. I configure and troubleshoot core network components, including routers, switches, bridges, and hubs, and manage user account settings, access rights, and system parameters. In addition, I monitor and maintain network equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. My role also involves diagnosing and resolving issues related to both wired and wireless Ethernet networking technologies. I implement and manage reliable backup and disaster recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and business continuity in the event of system failures or unforeseen disruptions.

I deliver engaging and practical lectures on programming, computer networking, and system maintenance, ensuring instruction aligns with both academic curriculum objectives and current industry standards. I design and distribute educational materials tailored to diverse learning styles, and I supervise classroom activities to maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment that encourages student participation. In addition to teaching, I coordinate the preparation and organization of technical resources, tools, and instructional materials required for lectures and hands-on demonstrations. My approach blends theory with real-world application, aiming to equip students with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the IT and engineering fields.
