Following the explosion that shook up Beirut, I co-founded Les Valises pour Beyrouth, an NGO shipping medical and technical supplies to Lebanon through passengers traveling to Beirut. Achievements: - sent > 250 suitcases of medical supplies and food with over 150 passengers (< 1 month) - shipped > 20 tons of supplies by cargo, gathering donations from across Europe - raised > 30k € (donations, events, crowdfunding) - gathered over 500 volunteers in Paris and Beirut that keep our operations running - built a community of over 6,000 members across the world - set up over 20 partnerships (Air France, MEA, CMA CGM, Lebanese Red Cross..) to facilitate operations Today, our activity is growing and we are sending cargos of construction material providing from a circular economy network. Harmonicity is a circular design solution tackling waste from construction sites. - Identified target market (building and construction) with high economic and sustainability potential ; analyzed pain points by conducting interviews with concerned actors ; defined a solution and designed an offer tailored to main customer’s journey. - Completed a competitive benchmark of existing solutions ; attended tradeshows and events related to innovation, construction, circular economy and start-ups for networking purposes. - Elaborated a 9 months plan with communication, partnerships, funding, and client acquisition goals. - Presented the project to audiences of over 60 people of partners and customers

The Arab Image Foundation is a non-profit organization which aims to track down, collect, preserve and study photographs from the Middle East, North Africa and the Arab diaspora. - Managed the physical conservation and digital database of + 600,000 photographs - Processed, preserved, and digitised 50 photographic collections - Redacted the first Emergency Preparedness Plan for cultural institutions in the MENA region with the support of the French Blue Shield
