✔ Led a team of 8 Windows/VMware experts responsible for designing, supporting, and maintaining Windows servers, VMware, file servers, Citrix, SCCM, storage, and backup solutions across the AOA region, encompassing 62 countries and 14 markets. ✔ Managed and supervised the VMware migration project for 700 servers in the Sydney Data Center, resulting in monthly cost savings of $100,000 in power and floor space. ✔ Supervised the support and maintenance of 22,000 servers globally, including Windows servers, SCCM, Citrix, and VMware services during the AOA shift. ✔ Managed the disaster recovery plan & activities for Windows, storage, and VMware in the Sydney Data Center, encompassing 700 servers. ✔ Created and implemented robust processes to improve vendor and third-party service reviews and evaluations. ✔ Drove people performance reviews, succession planning and coach team members career development.
