Développement d'une application Node.js (Hono.js), déployée sur Cloudflare Workers, permettant d'automatiser la synchronisation entre le CRM Sellsy, un dashboard de pilotage commercial sur Airtable et Google Agenda. Intervention de la conception jusqu'au déploiement en production, avec mise en place de workflows asynchrones permettant d'automatiser quotidiennement le traitement des devis et factures ainsi que la création des événements associés. Réalisations: • Recueil du besoin client et analyse des processus métier. • Conception de l'application selon les principes de Clean Architecture. • Développement de workflows asynchrones permettant la synchronisation entre Sellsy, Airtable et Google Agenda via leurs APIs respectives. • Extraction des devis et factures depuis l'API Sellsy, parsing et extraction des données avec l'IA (LLM OpenAI), transformation et déduplication des données. • Mise à jour automatique du dashboard Airtable avec les données consolidées. • Création et mise à jour d'événements Google Agenda à partir des devis et factures traités. • Traitement par batchs afin d'optimiser l'exécution des workflows. • Développement d'endpoints API déclenchant les différents workflows. • Implémentation des règles métier et des mécanismes de synchronisation entre les différents systèmes. • Mise en place d'un système de cache avec Cloudflare KV. • Déploiement et configuration de l'application en preprod et prod. • Mise en place de l'observabilité des logs d'exécution avec Grafana. Résultats: - plus de 5h/semaine économisées par l'équipe commerciale grâce à l'automatisation des processus. - Plus de 500 devis et factures traités automatiquement. - Centralisation sur un dashboard unique du statut des devis et factures, du chiffre d'affaires généré et des prochaines activités commerciales. Mission: Développement front et back de la plateforme de gestion de SCPI et d'investissements immobiliers, couvrant le parcours client et la gestion interne des profils des investisseurs. Périmètre : • Développement et évolution du portail client avec parcours de souscription de parts de SCPI (formulaire multi étapes). • Développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur l'espace backoffice de gestion des clients investisseurs. • Implémentation de règles métier très complexes, liées à la réglementation sur les investissements financiers. • Correction de bugs. For this small mission, I worked as a contractor to help the development team design GraphQL APIs on the PHP Symfony framework and API Platform as well as develop React components that consume this API. Challenges encountered: Designing GraphQL custom queries with API Platform (including the still experimental GraphQL part) to return aggregates of data coming from several resources. Solution: Decoration of the API Platform's basic functionalities to create virtual resources corresponding to these data aggregates, with custom GraphQL types.
