Maintaining Relationship with Business Functions – ie Commercial and Digital functions as a single point of contact for the IT department. Responsible for : - On shelf availability project: Development and deployment of the OSA multi-client collaboration project, with the aim of reducing Out Of Stock products, using several Machine Learning models for the detection of out-of-stock situations based on point-of-sale data: 1- Use of component-based forecasting, which consists of combinations of information or data. 2- Use of a significant amount of relevant historical data to form models. During training, models discover trends not evident in product sales, including seasonal factors, weather, marketing activities, tied sales, etc. 3- The alerts generated by the models are validated selectively or completely by teams in store, depending on the size of the team and the number of participating stores. If a model discovers an error, it requests feedback from the teams in the store and automatically integrates it during commissioning. - Digital Change Manangement : Responsible for the project "Connected Employee" that involves training programs and Q&A's sessions in our tech bar, offered to all employees wanting to master the new technologies deployed by PepsiCo (Office 365, Zoom, PowerBi, Fourwinds ..) - Websites Management : Manage the definition, documentation, and execution of multiple small sized projects related to PepsiCo's Websites, passing through all phases, while guaranteeing the projects delivery are on schedule, within budget and scope.

I worked on Innovation Project as part of the program training at Ecole Centrale Casablanca in collaboration with Attijari Wafabank. My mission focus on the deployment of augmented reality in banking services and the development of a prototype to implement it.

Creation of dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), in particular: Sales, inventory turnover, return rate, acquisition cost of customers and retention. These dashboards are used to monitor KPIs using simple graphs that are shared with executive management to drive business decisions.

I worked on Innovation Project as part of the program training at Ecole Centrale Casablanca in collaboration with Flying Whales.The mission focused on the development of the project 'Solarization of the aeronautical program LCA60T (Large Capacity Airship 60T)', where I got to work within a team to optimize the energetic system of the airship.
