Automated ESXi Uptime Management for Stores Monitored and automatically remediated uptime issues for over 2700 stores, Implemented proactive alerting and resolution strategies to minimize ESXi host disruptions. Virtual Sheriff for Known Incident Remediation Designed and deployed a bot that analyzes support tickets and performs automated remediation tests. If remediation fails, the bot dispatches the ticket to the most appropriate team expert. Reduced MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and streamlined incident handling. VSA to Datacore Migration Built a fully automated deployment process for Datacore including post-install configuration. Developed a script for seamless VSA-to-Datacore migration: local VM relocation, disk formatting without data loss, and full service continuity. Project duration: 8 months; delivered without incident. Application VM Migration from GCVE to Azure Used Azure Migrate to move critical application VMs from Google Cloud VMware Engine to Microsoft Azure. Worked closely with app and cloud teams to validate and execute a smooth transition. Control Tower & Universal PowerShell Portal Designed and implemented a unified control tower using Universal PowerShell. Developed a multi-purpose service portal for internal teams (network, security, DBAs, etc.). Integrated reporting and endpoint APIs for automation and observability.

Atlas International Obsolescence Project Acted as Infrastructure Lead for OS migration coordination. Planned and scheduled migration of both Windows and Linux operating systems. Validated OS compliance post-build to ensure alignment with internal standards. Developed automated PowerShell reports integrated with SCCM. Managed SCCM infrastructure and deployments. Azure Operations Created and managed Azure tenants and user access rights. Developed CI/CD pipelines to automate tenant lifecycle, including automated tenant destruction. Designed CI/CD pipelines for tenant governance and access control. Automated Azure resource management using PowerShell and scripting tools. VMware to GCVE Migration Migrated servers from the on-premises datacenter to Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE). Planned and executed VM switchovers from traditional VMware to GCVE environment. Designed folder hierarchy and implemented capacity monitoring in the new cloud structure. Run / Operations Provided infrastructure support and participated in on-call rotation. Delivered internal training sessions and workshops for Carrefour infrastructure teams. Trained teams on Azure fundamentals and operational resource management.
