Capital Expenditure leader for the Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain network (+80 sites globally), partnering with the CFO of the business unit and the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer (both based in the USA) as well as their direct team (regional leadership). Manage the team responsible of consolidating and managing the global supply chain investment pipeline, monthly spend and investment decisions in parallel of the Cash target of the BU. Liaise with Product Marketing teams on all investments and initiatives that impact the global supply chain - influencing and understanding New Product decisions and business implications. Business Partner of the Global Supply Chain Strategy team to ensure that the investment pipeline is in line with the company goals & involved in the Network Design (supply chain assessment of the current footprint).

Global coordinator & owner of the consolidation of the Distribution costs across the globe.

Member of the plant leadership team, direct report to the Regional Finance Sr. Manager and in matrix to the plant manager, supervisor of a junior controller & internal customer of accountants based in Poland & India. P&L accountable with presentation & results explanations. Internal controls accountable to ensure the entity compliance (Internal rules, laws respect, segregation of duties, ...). Key partner on the SAP implementation within the site as well as in other French plants (ERP implementation – team trainings). Business Partner with the operations team to contribute to have the most efficient organization, focusing on plant growth & sustainability (Increasing by +25% volumes in one production unit following a site closure in the USA & involved in a strategic action plan to decrease costs by 15% in another production unit).

Daily financial support to the plant controller focusing on the performance follow-up & support of the operation team and internal customer of accountants based in Poland & India.
