- Produce and validate operating reports and KPIs with the regions, develop forecasts for the service department to guide strategic planning and resource allocation. - Inform and alert regions in case of deviation from our contractual commitments (Services and performance). - Ensure standardization of best practices with field teams through CMMS and propose technical improvement areas. - Organize, oversee and validate the implementation of processes to achieve service department objectives and customer requirements. - Participate in addressing technical issues in collaboration with suppliers, customer and manufacturers. - Participate in creating and developing an internal technical database and implementing a continuous improvement system / Technical risk management / Knowledge management. - Ensure documentation monitoring by synthesizing, distributing and sharing relevant points. - Propose and collaborate on improvement projects for the service department or across departments. - Provide regions with mastery of contractual services. - Analyze contract profitability at a macro level and propose action plans. - Provide support to regions and management during critical cases (claims, disputes, etc.), develop calculations and simulations based on contracts when necessary. - Ensure follow-up of concessions and warranties cases with the INNIO manufacturer. - Lead weekly and monthly meetings with supervisors and the service director to discuss power plant issues and ensure optimal performance. - Utilize Power BI to create and manage dashboards for various service department dashbords, including financial performance and availability. - Compile and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the management team.

- Independently manage the collection and analysis of engine-related data (oils, electricity production, daily reports) and ensure their transmission to customers. - Interpret the data in order to define the interventions accordingly and participate in the diagnostic. - Manage technical problems (related to diagnostic), report major issues as soon as possible). - Propose solutions while respecting emergencies and prioritize interventions. - Develop schedules and spare parts requirements for all preventive interventions in agreement with supervisors and the area manager. - Manage with the Area Manager the annual planning. - Opens and tracks DRIP. - Organize major maintenance (>2K). - Prepare the interventions with the customer, the subcontractors, coordinate the supply in all autonomy. - Technician intervention reports: analysis and monitoring of distribution to the customer. - Follow the different tables of indicators. - Report regularly and partially replace the area manager in his absence. - Participate in commercial development by reporting information on the activity of the region (declared or supposed needs of a customer, new installations, projects, etc.) and proactively by proposing technical solutions (CM&U,...).
