"Mise en place d'un modèle de Machine Learning Appétence au Churn pour les particulier locaux sous une architecture distribuée" / "Implementation of a Machine Learning Model for Local Residential Customer Churn Appetite Under a Distributed Architecture" In my final year of studies, I led a project focused on developing a predictive modeling solution for customer churn prevention in the banking sector. Leveraging machine learning techniques and big data analytics, I explored various algorithms such as LR, DT, RF, and SVM to develop predictive models. I addressed the challenge of imbalanced data through data preprocessing and implemented techniques like weighted balancing and oversampling. Utilizing distributed architectures and tools like Spark, I processed a large dataset of millions of customer records and evaluated model performance using metrics like AUC, accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Collaborating with the data engineering team, I integrated the models into the existing infrastructure and presented findings to stakeholders. This project enhanced my skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation, and provided valuable experience in applying advanced analytics techniques to drive strategic decision-making in the banking industry.
