IT Audit : - Managing up to 7 auditors on IT audit engagements, mainly for CAC 40 companies, - Identifying and assessing IT risks with the Business auditors based on a risk-oriented approach (includes ITGCs, ITACs, Journal Entries analysis and specific SOX controls), - Designing a Global audit work program for one of the largest marketing and communications companies in the world in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy. IT Consulting : - Project manager for the Management Testing of a world leading company in the Aluminium sector : Coordination of a worldwide IT testing workplan (10 sites, more than 1400 controls, direct management of 7 consultants), - Project leader as part of an Operational Excellence Program for a major French Public Financial Institution : Design of a 4 year master plan to make substantial savings , - IT Consultant as part of various projects for the French Health National Insurance : Design of a Business Intelligence platform based on Business Objects, Data Quality studies, Development of Data Dictionary used by more than 200 users. - IT Consultant for a large French Public Research Institute : Design a 5-year IT Master plan
