As a Data Scientist, my role is to use the client data to help create superior produtcs and services, trigger new ideas and promote outstanding performances. All of that relying on a strong technical background using state-of-the-art statistics, machine learning algorithms as well as Quinten's proprietary algorithms to tackle the most demanding data-related business challenges. Some of the projects I worked on : Implemented a Churn rate prediction model for a Media company Monitored and optimised Supply Chain and Logistic stream for a French furniture distributor Support and coordination for a Luxury Group for an international BI tool launch. Carve in carve out Project from SAP to SAP • Data Team management and Migration strategy building • Functional Bug fixing ,management & Analysis of the new business requirements & evolutions Project management : Analysis of customer needs, leverage technical and business acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their teams. Tracking project progress, analysing risks and managing a team of 2 Data Scientists full time

Retail performance Management : • Building and analyzing dashboards with main KPI ‘s figures (Sales, Margin, ABV, ABQ, Conversion rate etc..) on a weekly and monthly basis. • Definition and monitoring of monthly Sales targets • Product analysis (turnover, best-sellers ..) • Continuous improvement of process • Stock optimization : building a complete tool of stock monitoring and definition of an assortment by shop categories → +20% of Sales in the permanent collection and reduction of stock coverage by 10% • Creation of a Merchandising tracking performance tool for shops Retail strategy management : • Building P&L forecasts for new shop openings • Definition of Retail budgets for the Financial Departement • Demand Planning : providing best estimates of product needs using historical data, sales trends, and the zone business plan • Supply chain optimization : creation of an automated forecast and implementation tool : forecast accuracy improved by 100% , 3 times faster than the usual method Data Analysis : • Owner of the optimization stock project. Goal : stock value reaching 30% of sales at the group scale, using the method adopted by the Retail in all corners and department stores in the world • Construction of the first CRM segmentation of French clients using the FRAT method.

J'ai effectué un stage dans un labo de recherche à Keio University. J'ai étudié principalement les différentes stratégies d'optimisation dans la théorie des mises aux enchères..

J'ai effectué un stage ouvrier à la fin de ma première année en école d'ingénieur. J'étais dans l'atelier de personnalisation bancaire, et j'avais pour mission de conditionner les cartes pour l'envoi aux clients.
