Designed and developed backend platforms supporting editorial workflows and data exchange across Prisma Media, working closely with product and engineering teams. • Designed and developed the proprietary headless CMS used by approximately 1,000 journalists in their daily editorial work. • Built the group’s data platform for processing and sharing information across applications and services. • Contributed to architecture decisions, backend development, delivery and ongoing production support. • Collaborated with product stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and evolve systems over a decade-long engagement. • Worked remotely with French teams from Vietnam and Mauritius. Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS, MariaDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and RabbitMQ.

Led the backend rebuild of Gala.fr, working with three developers and coordinating technical delivery with the project manager. • Rebuilt the platform using Symfony, MariaDB, Elasticsearch and a modern HTTP caching infrastructure. • Reduced time to first byte by approximately 90% and total response time by approximately 70%. • Helped establish the internal development team as development moved in-house from an external agency. • Set up reproducible development environments and production deployment tooling. • Developed a REST API for mobile applications and an on-demand image resizing service. • Introduced asynchronous advertising loading.
