Infortive is the first community of interim CIOs/CTOs. Being part of a network is always beneficial to all its members. The community allows for the sharing of experiences, contributing specific skill sets that other members may not necessarily possess. In return, it serves as a powerful lever to gain the support of peers when you lack certain specialized skills or simply to seek other opinions or challenge your own when faced with complex decisions. It also reassures our clients in their choice when they engage a member of this community: they know they are selecting a CIO who does not operate in isolation, but quite the opposite!

Took over the role on short notice following the departure of the previous CIO. Key actions undertaken: ➢ Completed a major migration project in 6 months that had been delayed for over 5 years ➢ Developed a 3-year roadmap ➢ Implemented the urbanization strategy and overhaul of the IT system ➢ Led the deployment of the initial phases of the overhaul (ERP, CRM, Intranet, Helpdesk) ➢ Introduced agile methodologies within the teams Environment and constraints: Banking sector (Audit, compliance, ACPR...).

Audit and development of an action plan within an IT services company (ESN) facing challenges with one of its business units: ➢ Met with all employees ➢ Conducted an audit of managerial processes ➢ Analyzed procedures and provided recommendations ➢ Identified points of friction and conflicts ➢ Recommended ERP improvements ➢ Proposed "quick wins" ➢ Identified levers for margin improvement ➢ Communicated the action plan to the teams Tools and environments: O365, Digital Workplace.

Within the IT department, covering the scope of HRIS, procurement/expenses, real estate, and Digital Workplace, mission to support operational and strategic managerial tasks, particularly through the management of projects related to digitalization and operational performance: ➢ Supported the Deputy IT Director and department heads in managerial tasks (45 people) ➢ Assisted in defining and implementing the master plan ➢ Transitioned to agile methodology (SCRUM) ➢ Expanded the use of Teams as a collaborative tool ➢ Clarified roles and interactions between Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Units (MOA/MOE) Tools and environments: Jira, Trello, Teams, 365, HR Access, ITIL, Gemalto, Waterfall, Scrum, Windows, Citrix.

Took over the management of a Level 1 Helpdesk contract between Econocom and an insurance company: ➢ Renewed the team (40 people) ➢ Restored performance (SLA) ➢ Renewed the contract The overhaul of HR processes was key to the success of this mission (recruitment, management, structuring, motivation...) Petite-Frimousse.com is a company selling baby products online, one of the leading companies in this sector with a € 8M of sales. I created this business in 2003. It has experienced several growth phases leading to the second place of the Internet market, including through a fundraising in 2012. Allobébé, the market leader, has taken over this company.

Starting from a finding of deficiency in this market, I created this company which became the leader of the sector starting from a blank sheet. The activity started in the cellar, with a computer and a printer. From a completely custom-made site 'le-faire-part.com' has become a must for the realization of traditional invitations, employing up to 30 people and achieving €3M of sales . Business Development "From Scratch" Artenna SAS, the company formed for the occasion was sold to Clic Postal and then sold back to Planet Cards.
