Assess Change Request Identify Change Authority Coordinate Change Build & Tests Schedule deployment Verifying that RFCs are correctly filled-in Allocating RFCs to appropriate change authorities based on defined criteria Formally communicating decisions of change authorities to affected parties (a minima : change requestor, change implementer, change authority) Helping to plan the deployment, during the service design stage of the service lifecycle, in conjunction with personnel from other teams and functions particularly people who will execute the change as well as the requestor Helping or assuring the internal communication around preparation of change, in coordination with technical teams Ensuring that the change implanters agree the content and schedule of this tasks in the change realization plan Ensuring, before deployment that all deployment activities have been authorized by change management For changes that they organize, publishing the change schedule and projected service outage and ensuring that they are available when and where needed Providing feedback on the effectiveness of the change (Preparing PIR) Recording and reporting deployment metrics to ensure that these are within agreed SLAs

Configuring and Managing the Server infrastructure : Hosts and Hyper-V machines under 2008 R2, 2008, 2003 and Storage (MSA & NetAPP) Management of Windows servers including operating systems installation and upgrade, operation control, tuning, backups, capacity management... Security : Configuring and Managing EPO Servers Control and monitoring of the applications running on the servers, installation of new applications... Security control and audits. Manage the standard configurations according to the different hardware platforms and the different software releases; Performs system maintenance tasks (e.g. system configuration, patches installation, trend evaluation); Develops scripts for the deployment of new software and/or Applications and Security patches; Centralises control of the PC park Troubleshooting (diagnosis and resolution of problems, misuse, configuration conflicts... Documentation of the problems and assistance to their resolution (in collaboration with the suppliers); Develops and test the standard PC configuration Responsible for assuring that the system is functioning as requested at all times; Coordinates with the Commission services the proper functioning of all system software, hardware and communication links. Checks that the services are available and function correctly; Operates and improves the system surveillance tools to receive proactive information of the service availability; Level 3 System Support and Administration
