*HUB MARKETING OF SUBSAHARIAN AFRICA* My missions as Data Scientist in the Marketing Hub for retail credit granting within the AFS perimeter (11 subsidiaries) are to: ensure the implementation of AFMO's target granting system, contribute to the implementation of granting tools enabling the industrialization of the granting chain, and participate in building the skills of local teams on the portfolio of subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa. My main responsibilities, in liaison with subsidiaries and regions, are to : - Ensure that the sales force complies with the POC rules by producing and analyzing grant monitoring data (forcing rates, etc.); - Conduct impact studies of rules and cut-offs, contributing to regular POC adjustments. In particular, studies and actions to optimize POCs (simplify and place the score at the heart of the decision-making process); - Develop/monitor grant scoring for non-autonomous subsidiaries; - Develop models, studies and statistical analyses on subsidiaries, in particular those required for : * the implementation of more advanced granting approaches (Risk Based Pricing, pre-acceptance, etc.); * management decision-making; - Carry out annual mapping of its subsidiaries' granting models (coverage, quality and use); - Support subsidiaries in becoming autonomous in the production of their monitoring and granting studies and in change management, particularly in connection with granting tool implementation projects; - Contribute, within the Community of Modelers, to the proper application of SG governance of models and to the sharing of experience on statistical subjects; - Contribute to the preparation of Octroi Industrialization Committees.
