How it works (customer journey): SMS invites the customer to pick a call slot An automated AI call collects their feedback naturally Post-call SMS with a page to review and publish Positioning: Satisfied customers often never leave a review because it’s too much effort. Feedzy replaces “log in and write” with “speak for a minute.” Reviews stay verified and unedited, what was said is what gets published. Marketing claim: +58% more reviews collected, with less follow-up and less friction. Audience: French merchants / service businesses that need public reviews (and a verified local caller ID for outbound calls).
