Responsible for PMO projects supporting the follow-up and management of Stellantis Automotive Projects worldwide (US, France, Germany, Italy; team of 50 FTEs). I focus on business development, project execution, and follow-up, with concentration on cost and margin optimization, deadlines, and quality respect. Responsibilities: Participated in business development and gathered client requirements. Led new PMO project preparation and planification: defined WBS and project scope, resource planning (recruitment, skills development), procurement planning (platform access and training), development of tailored PMO tools (follow-up and reporting), quality plan, risk plan, communication plan, and cost plan (CBS). Monitored and controlled all plans, tracked performance KPIs, and mitigated project risks. Optimized workload distribution and resource allocation for clients. Managed change processes, including resource adjustments, new tools implementation, and project timeline modifications. Facilitated COPIL and COPROJ meetings, ensuring project governance and client satisfaction. Ensured quality assurance and on-time delivery production of financial and operational reporting. Led operational and financial optimization workshops. Developed new work tools using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Integrated artificial intelligence: planned and monitored AI projects to enhance productivity. Planned and ensured activity transfer to India. Developed and ensured the transition from time-and-materials to deliverables-based production mode.
