Intro
Through-out my career, I have acquired extensive experience through leading and delivering complex digital transformations; notably to leverage and scale the maturity and standardisation of project, programme and portfolio practices cross functionally. As a seasoned change leader, I have successfully led and deployed digital transformation programmes (at Regional and Global level), automating ways of working across the APAC region. I have led and implemented large scale digitalisation programs (for instance digital acceleration investment worth €100 M) and was also accountable for a Portfolio of 80+ projects worth €1 B. With a strong technical background and domain knowledge in multiple sectors, I am always eager to learn and apply new skills lead technological change. I have also set Governance framework to quantify benefits and deliver value incrementally throughout a project/programme lifecycle.
