– Provide Business Analysis on the student management tool, translate the needs into IT requirements, test the developments and support business for adoption (Scholarship Management digitalization, Student Admission digitalization). – Process design for the Courses Management and Organization, process improvement (IT communication between University and CNS, VAE student application review, Student housing booking) – Ensure strong relationship with external providers (Planon - tool for student houses booking, MoveOn - tool for foreign student welcoming)

– Analyze Business needs and provide recommendations to enable ServiceNow to support and automatize internal processes (GDPR, RPA, Data Breach, Ethics review, event organization, infrastructure project requests) set-up of ticketing system (DPO, Legal, SAP / BI requests) – Translate Business needs into IT requirements and test the developments accordingly. – Provide end user training and support via the ticketing system.

– Coordination of the Blueprint phase following an RFP to get input on Business knowledge and assess if an adopt vs adapt solution is needed. Workshop organisation and coordination, project initiation documentation (PID) and governance set-up, follow-up reporting.

– Strategy consultancy – Providing consultancy on the overall CRM strategy: provide functional and architectural analytics to recommend solutions in Tag Management and Digital Analytics, Content Management System, Data Hub, and CRM. – Market analysis to propose a tool in line with the Compliance needs in terms of watch list screening and AML detection (Safewatch, Pythagoras, ..) – Product Owner of the internal built CRM : – Business analysis on the CRM tool to design a new look and feel version providing Agents easiness in the organisation of their commercial activity throughout smooth processes. – Submission of projects proposal to the Executive Committee and presentation to defend budget acquisition – Coordination between UX design, developments and user tests. – Product Owner of the Customer Data Information software – Implement KANBAN methodology within the team in order to help in defining a scope and get a focus within the huge amount of requests. – Gather and advise internal customers on their needs, write user stories and prioritise the backlog. – Ensure the team engagement throughout regular refinements and estimation sessions. – Follow the backlog progress using KANBAN and communicate to the customers about team capacity, engagement and realisation (KPI's), on a regular basis. – Project Manager for GDPR implementation – Lead of the GDPR transverse project. – Use of classical methodology in combination with Agile mindset to facilitate the IT developments in teams using Scrum methodology. – Business analysis and product ownership of the new business management tool for Agents – Lead the implementation of a tool to support agents in raising new opportunities through a 360 interview of their customers.

– Project and Change management: – Following the merge of Belgian and Luxembourgish entities, responsible of the change management and the project portfolio related to process alignment and team organisation. – Follow-up of the local projects related to the Transformation of LeasePlan. – Follow-up of the implementation of the new LeasePlan entity in Luxembourg, lead of offices re-organisation to align with the new organisation (3 floors) – Lead of several projects: Implementation of Outlook, E-learning for internal trainings, Process automation of Car Remarketing, Lean Management implementation, business analysis for SAP implementation, – SFA administrator (responsible of user management, reporting for the different KPI's follow-up). – Lead the coordination between Belgium and Luxembourg (mostly miscellaneous IT related topics). – Administrator of the car sharing system (Swopcar): management of the system for the customers' requirements, technical assistance, customer relationship.

– Sciforma software implementation and report design: – Implement the Project Management tool, design automated dashboard (using basic SQL language) for Human Resources and Project Managers.

– PMTalk sofware implementation using Prince 2 methodology: – Set up of PRINCE 2 methodology through the implementation of a Project Management software (PM Talk) to support the laboratory projects life cycles.
