My responsibilities include: Developing an overall strategy to meet the specific needs of entrepreneurs in the region. Supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of the design and development of their projects. Designing and leading training sessions focused on the key aspects of business creation and management. Coordinating and organizing events in different cities within Vallée Sud Grand Paris, with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship and fostering networking opportunities. Speaking at engineering schools and universities to promote business creation and encourage the pursuit of innovative projects. Regularly monitoring the project, analyzing the results obtained, and making strategic adjustments if necessary to ensure the progress and success of entrepreneurial initiatives.

Support business leaders in managing and developing their activities. Lead training sessions on business creation and management. Co-create events and training sessions with partners. My mission primarily involves analyzing the feasibility and economic viability of the activity and verifying whether the project holder has a coherent operational startup plan. I begin with an assessment of what the individual possesses: knowledge, equipment, experience, network, etc. Next, I conduct an inventory of what exists in the market: competition, potential clientele, possible partners, key activities, etc. Finally, I analyze all this information and assist in developing the strategy and business plan, which will include market research, budget estimates, investment needs, and revenue forecasts over several years (3 years).

Analysis of Local Collective Projects for Energy Transition This study was conducted as part of a final internship for the Master 2 research program in "Agricultural Development Economics, Environment, and Food" (Montpellier Supagro). The internship took place over six months (from April to September 2017) and contributed to the TES Program "Energy and Societal Transition." The results of this research aim to provide recommendations for developing tools suited to various field actors to enhance the production of renewable energies. My main responsibilities were: Conduct bibliographic research Perform qualitative surveys with local authorities and then with agricultural biogas project leaders in Loire Atlantique and Ploërmel Analyze the sociological data collected Write the report on the conditions for the emergence and development of energy transition projects and present it
