During this year’s Beirut International Model United Nations Conference, I participated as a debater/delegate in the Economic & Financial Affairs Committee (ECOFIN). Throughout the conference, I participated in drafting resolutions and submitting a well-researched position paper. During the actual event, we engaged in debates, delivered formal speeches, and worked together to draft a final resolution. This experience provided valuable opportunities to communicate and negotiate with delegates from diverse backgrounds. As a first-time participant, it was an incredibly beneficial learning experience.
