Reporting to the CDIO and in charge of the PGP domain ( large CIO Office) that includes PMO team with a number of PMs and the Quality and Process teams (change, incident, problem management) and a number of strategic PMO roles. The domain is distributed globally and is at the heart of the Technology and Digital teams. My missing is to set up the right optimal processes, best tools and methodologies to optimise the delivery of the project call over the company. Managing an international team of 27 people.

Supporting the group CIO on different tasks such as reporting and communicating Coordination of IT projects across global entities Managing the Master Plans process across entities Managing the Projects approval process Coordinating IT teams for group projects where IT is involved such as GDPR

The main achievements / tasks include: Implementing the CA portfolio and project management software (Clarity) across the IT and business teams Onboarding and training the IT Project managers/ team leads on project management processes and tools Leading and animating the Project management excellence practice to improve current methods, processes and tools through a collaborative work with PMs, and the different IT functions and business Setting up reports on Resources planning, project review, risk and issues, milstones, and Portfolio review for CXO level Support and help PMs and team leads to work together and optimize process to work on a global enterprise level.
