Festival organizer in Hungary, one of the biggest in Europe • Produced 40-50 international artistic projects per year: 350K€ budget, saving 5-10% with cost-effective solutions • Realized the conception, development and launch of the projects • Managed a production team of 3 persons • Negotiated the offers, prepared the contracts and monitored the budget • Developed new partnerships with international cultural institutions • Coordinated the artistic and technical requirements of the projects
