• Developed a software solution to correct deviations in the software development process at Al Barid Bank. • Designed and implemented a graphic editor using Java to manipulate the "Process Model" and detect deviations with Drools rule engine. • Utilized historical data to introduce a predictive approach and implemented the random tree algorithm for process prediction using Weka.
