my End of study projet focuses on developing a Web application of human resource management.This type of application optimizes the working time needed for writing, testing and dissemination of various staff requests. The web application provides a centralized management of human resources in a single interface. Thus, the process management of human resources (vacation management, role management, employee and trainee management, permission management, etc ....) of the company Proxym-IT becomes faster and more efficient through a series of synoptic validation of applications created following the hierarchy of society. In addition, the Web application manages the internal communications within the company and allows a simple and smooth access to all the company staff information. The application is developed under the Eclipse integrated development environment with the plugin for Flex Builder 4 and Spring framework libraries.
