Core Network Engineer – Orange Tunisia 📍 Tunis, Tunisia As a Core Network Engineer at Orange Tunisia, I was responsible for the design, integration, and support of Ericsson core network nodes across 2G/3G/4G. I led multiple activities including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and support for mobile broadband and charging systems. Key Contributions: Supported Ericsson SGSN, MME, EPC, PGW, SGW, SSR, GGSN, iDNS APN, and SAPC PCRF. Integrated and troubleshot LTE and VoLTE (S1, S5, S10, S11, SGs) and legacy interfaces (Gn, Gi, Gx, Gy, Gr, Iu). Provided 1st/2nd level support for EPC nodes and led critical incident investigations. Handled emergency procedures, software upgrades, and HW/SW lifecycle support. Deep packet analysis using Wireshark for multiple interfaces (Gn/Gi/Gx/Gy). Ensured KPI monitoring and troubleshooting (Attach SR, PDP/Bearer SR, RAU, Handover, CSFB). Validated HLD/LLD for EPC evolution and collaborated with vendors for technical alignment.
