-Analyze incidents and implement necessary corrections, review first-level production indicators, and contribute to the evolution of production tools. -Manage change requests, minor upgrades, or bug fixes: handle the requests, conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks to the IT system, monitor results, and produce progress reports. -Optimize SQL queries -Prepare and execute the deployment of applications delivered by development teams, and commit to a feasible execution date after completing the following: -Conduct technical tests to validate the operability of the solution, Interface with development teams to optimize or correct deliveries, -Prepare the necessary technical environment for production deployment, - Monitor application performance and volume metrics in production.

Analysis of functional and technical specifications Creation of test strategies Definition of prerequisites, data sets, expected results, and test campaigns Creation of test plans Communication with Business Analysts, developers, and various stakeholders Preparation of test documentation and execution of test scenarios, Non-Regression Testing (NRT), and stabilization Management of anomalies: detection, analysis, traceability, follow-up, and validation Reporting test results Preparation of test reports and acceptance summaries Working closely with developers to resolve defects Conducting training sessions for end users Conducting demonstration sessions for the Product Owner.
