Worked on the implementation and the monitoring of the strategic plan ”Twenty4Change Program” of the Corporate Banking: • Contributed in the definition and the implementation of the plan’s projects and KPIs • Monitored the different processes and KPIs of the plan • Worked on modelling and quantifying the strategic plan’s budget along with the revenue estimates up to 2025 • Prepared the supporting documents for the Steering Committees as well as the weekly and monthly reportings to the local board and Paris headquarters of BNPP

Worked in B2C & B2B research, brand image & communication studies, marketing/retail strategies & strategic reviews for international firms • Took part in several projects across continents and geographies, including complex Qualitative and Quantitative research (e.g., Quantitative studies for leading insurance and credit companies, Post-evaluation studies of communication campaigns) • Forecasted the annual sales of a leading chain of retail pharmacy in the middle east, while comparing them to the competitors • Elaborated a national plan for a ministry of Morocco, did a thorough benchmark of a dozen of countries, and constructed a model to Quantify the projections of the sector’s ambitions

Worked on the design of a Data Acquisition Pipeline, setting an architecture in agreement with Google Cloud Platform products, to ingest data in Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery, and finally in "Open Data Platform", an OCP open source data portal.
